A full shower/tub combo is on this level along with laundry room. Inaccessible and unoccupied 5th bedroom is located across from the den on the main level where there is also a living room, eat in kitchen and 2nd bathroom with new linen tiled shower. A Completely Separate 3rd Floor Unit with Private Entry Can be Booked as an incorporated 8 Bed/3 Bath 3 Level townhouse when the upper unit is Not booked.
