Within walking distance, discover a variety of local restaurants (mostly takeout), Dunkin Donuts, and a supermarket. A 15-minute drive will conveniently take you to most destinations you wish to explore. Please note: A neighboring home on our block has commenced renovations. While we don't anticipate excessive noise affecting your stay, we wanted to inform you in advance for your awareness. I really loved staying here. I had a few issues during my stay but Chana was able to handle it very quickly and swiftly in order to make sure that I felt at home. I would recommend this to anyone who would like to stay in the new Britain area

Chana's place was very comfortable. We were visiting elderly family members in town and were still working while we were there. Great wifi, excellent work space for taking video calls. The apartment was clean (a bit sterile) and well appointed with dishes, towels and even paper in the printer. She provided extra blankets and heaters since we came during the winter time. At the time of our visit the stove still wasn't working, but she has provided good work-arounds and we were fine. Chana was very good at responding, and even provided ideas for local things to do. I grew up in town...but I thought that was a nice touch. It's been a long time since I lived there regularly. Overall a great place to rest your head and get some work done. Only negative is the upstairs neighbor likes to walk around in their shoes from early in the morning. LOL! And even that was bearable.
